Founding Partner
Graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law with an LLM in IT & Technology Law from the same institution. Currently pursuing a PhD in Private Law. Focuses on IT & technology law, KVKK compliance, corporate law, contracts, and real estate law. Active in civil society organisations. Advanced English, beginner French.
Mehmet Demir
Founding Partner
Honours graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law. Practises across real estate and construction law, corporate advisory, insurance law, and intellectual property. Holds senior roles in civil society organisations in Istanbul and approaches law as a human-centred discipline.
Ayşe Arslan
Founding Partner
Graduate of Istanbul Commerce University Faculty of Law, pursuing an LLM in Real Estate and Construction Law at Istanbul University. Focuses on real estate law, law of obligations, commercial law, and insurance law. Actively engaged in civil society organisations and continuous professional development.
